Meet once a week for one hour.

Plan Includes

  • Workout program, Calories, macros, meal plan, food tracking, habit building, supplement program. One time a week in person or virtual session.

How it works

  • Your money is your investment in yourself. If you miss sessions, you miss out no refunds on slacking. (doctor's notes, death/ family emergency will be considered). Sessions can be done at my location, your home, your apartment or community gym and in some cases I can arrange with your local gym)
